What counts toward your limits?
Storage
The total size of all PDF files you've uploaded. Deleting documents frees up storage.
Monthly Documents
New documents uploaded during your billing period. Resets each month.
Monthly Questions
Each question you send in the chat counts as one. Resets each month.
Categories
The number of active categories you can have at once. Doesn't reset.
When do limits reset?
Monthly limits (documents and questions) reset at the start of your billing cycle. You'll see a notification when your usage resets.
Storage limits don't reset — they represent your total capacity at any time.
How to upgrade
- 1Open the DocuFeed app and go to your Profile
- 2Tap on Subscription to see your current plan and usage
- 3Choose a new tier and complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Trial period
New users get a 7-day trial with Starter-level access. This includes:
- •25 questions to try the AI chat
- •5 document uploads
- •3 categories
No credit card required for trial. You'll be prompted to choose a plan when the trial ends or when you reach a limit.
