Please read these terms carefully. Your use of DocuFeed constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
- •By accessing DocuFeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms
- •These terms apply to both free and paid service tiers
- •If you do not agree, please do not use DocuFeed
- •We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice
2. Service Tiers
- •Free Tier: Limited monthly uploads and queries
- •Paid Tier: Unlimited uploads, priority support, and advanced features
- •Pricing and features are subject to change with notice
- •Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time
3. Use License
- •Permission is granted to use DocuFeed for lawful purposes only
- •You may not use DocuFeed for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- •You must not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- •You may not reverse engineer, hack, or attempt unauthorized access
- •Commercial use requires explicit permission or paid license
4. Prohibited Content
- •Do NOT upload: Illegal content, weapons, or instructions for harm
- •Do NOT upload: Copyrighted material you don't own or have rights to
- •Do NOT upload: Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- •Do NOT upload: Sexually explicit or graphic violent content
- •Do NOT upload: Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment material
- •Do NOT upload: Content used to deceive or defraud others
- •We reserve the right to remove prohibited content immediately
- •Repeated violations may result in account termination
- •You are solely responsible for the legality of uploaded content
5. User Responsibilities
- •You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- •You are responsible for all activity on your account
- •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breaches
- •You must be at least 18 years old to use DocuFeed
- •By using DocuFeed, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older
- •You are responsible for backing up important documents
- •You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- •You may not use DocuFeed to violate others' rights or privacy
- •You agree not to share your account with others
- •You are liable for any damages caused by your misuse
6. Account Security
- •Use a strong, unique password
- •Enable two-factor authentication if available
- •Log out after each session on shared devices
- •Report suspicious activity immediately
- •Do not share your account login credentials
7. Limitations of Liability
- •DocuFeed is provided 'AS IS' without any warranties
- •We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service availability
- •We are NOT liable for: Data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages
- •We are NOT liable for: Lost profits, business disruption, or reputational harm
- •Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- •Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability
- •You use DocuFeed at your own risk
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- •DocuFeed uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process and respond to queries about your documents
- •AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or contain errors
- •You acknowledge that AI can 'hallucinate' and produce information that appears factual but is incorrect
- •DocuFeed is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice
- •You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated responses against your original documents
- •We are NOT liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences based on AI-generated content
- •Always consult qualified professionals for important medical, legal, financial, or other decisions
- •By using DocuFeed, you acknowledge and accept these AI limitations
9. Service Availability
- •DocuFeed is provided on an 'as-available' basis
- •We do not guarantee 99.9% uptime or specific performance
- •We may perform maintenance or updates with notice
- •We reserve the right to suspend service for abuse or violations
- •Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance
10. Termination
- •We may terminate your account for violation of these terms
- •We may terminate for illegal activity or content
- •You may close your account at any time
- •Upon termination, your access to DocuFeed will end immediately
- •You remain liable for activity before termination
- •Refund policy: No refunds for partial months
11. Indemnification
- •You agree to defend and indemnify DocuFeed from claims arising from:
- •— Your violation of these terms
- •— Your content or use of DocuFeed
- •— Your violation of others' rights or laws
- •This includes covering legal fees and damages from your actions
12. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- •Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of DocuFeed shall be resolved through binding arbitration
- •Arbitration shall be conducted in Kane County, Illinois under applicable arbitration rules
- •YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS against DocuFeed
- •YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY for disputes related to DocuFeed
- •Exception: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies
- •You have 30 days from first use to opt out of arbitration by emailing support@docufeed.ai
- •This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of your account
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- •These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois
- •Any disputes shall be resolved in Kane County, Illinois
- •You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kane County, Illinois
- •If any provision is found unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect
14. Dispute Resolution
- •Before initiating arbitration, contact support@docufeed.ai to attempt resolution
- •We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days
- •If informal resolution fails, either party may initiate binding arbitration
- •The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney's fees
