Repositories

Share documents and chat with AI as a team. Repositories let you collaborate with colleagues, clients, or partners.

What are Repositories?

Repositories are shared document collections that belong to an organization. Unlike your personal categories, repositories can be accessed by multiple team members.

  • Team collaboration — everyone with access can view documents and ask questions
  • Shared AI context — the AI can answer questions using all documents in the repository
  • Organization-based — repositories are managed at the organization level

How to join a Repository

To access a shared repository, you'll need an invite code from your team admin:

  1. 1

    Get an invite code

Ask your team admin for the repository invite code.

  2. 2

    Open Repositories

Navigate to the Repositories section in the app.

  3. 3

    Tap the + button

Enter your invite code to join the repository.

  4. 4

    Start collaborating

Access shared documents and chat with the AI about them.

Tips for Teams

  • 1.

    Organize by project or department

Create separate repositories for different teams or projects to keep documents organized.

  • 2.

    Use clear naming conventions

Name repositories descriptively so team members can quickly find what they need.

  • 3.

    Manage invite codes carefully

Only share invite codes with people who should have access. Admins can generate new codes if needed.

  • 4.

    Keep documents up to date

The AI can only answer questions based on what's in the repository. Upload new versions when documents change.
